Our website tracks your shopping cart contents and a fixed charge of £5.00 is automatically added to your order unless "Free Delivery" is specified. The maximum weight of any single order must be less than 30Kg.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All UK orders are sent by Parcelforce 48 depending on weight. We will despatch your order within 24 hours of the order being received by us if the order is placed before noon that day.
In the unlikely event that you do need to return goods to us, please help speed up the procedure by following our guidelines.
You need to return the goods to us before we can replace them or reimburse you. Please contact us by emailing sales@specialistpetfood.co.uk or telephone 01908 661533 for a returns authorisation number before returning items to us.
DAMAGED / FAULTY GOODS
Please inspect your delivery before the ParcelForce driver leaves. If an item is received damaged please point this out to ParcelForce or within 7 days of the date of invoice, please return it immediately to us in its original packaging and in its original condition for exchange or refund. Under no circumstances must items be continued to be used when damaged, as you will have been deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition.
RETURNS
You can claim a full refund or exchange (less postage and packing) on any non-consumable item purchased from our online order department if it is returned to us in good condition and in its original packaging within 14 days.
Refunds and exchanges may only be processed when the returned items have been received by us. We recommend you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office and consider insuring your parcel in order that you can claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for parcels that are damaged or mislaid in transit. Please ensure that all items returned are appropriately packaged to prevent damage in transit. Refunds will be made directly to the person/company that originally paid for the goods, either by cheque or by credit card according to the original payment method. Please note that Postage and Packing will only be refunded for faulty/damaged or incorrectly supplied items.
